This 3-bdr/2-bath one-story house is fully updated and nicely decorated. The back screened in patio opens to a shaded backyard with beautiful live oak trees and surrounded by a 6-foot fence. On-site golf cart rental.

This is our second home that we visit regularly, and have made it comfortable & fun for you to enjoy as well. The house is 0.7 miles from the beach via the SE 9th footbridge(4 blocks over), or about the same distance via the Middleton Rd beach access.
The house has fast 600 mbps Wifi, with complementary streaming Spectrum(cable), and access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts via the Smart TVs. The following has been included to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible:

The home also has 2 dog beds and 3 dog bowls. There is a shop vac in the garage so you can vacuum out all that beach sand before you return home.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, desk, full bath with large walk in shower, vanity with granite top, large walk-in closet, and a 42” Smart TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed, one nightstand, one small dresser, 32” Smart TV, and a closet.
Bedroom #3 sleeps up to 4 people with two sets of twin bunk beds (upper bunks have pocket organizers to hold cell phones, eyeglasses,etc) and a nightstand.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, a microfiber couch, matching love seat, two swivel chairs, a 50” smart tv, and a gas log fireplace.

The dining area has seating for 7 people, while the screened in porch can accommodate an additional 8 people (6 person dining set and a 2 person bistro set).
Bed linens and bath towels are included and beds will be made (except for top bunks). Owners supply a STARTER PACK ONLY of shampoo,body wash,paper towels,toilet paper,dish soap,dishwasher pod,laundry detergent,trash bags. Additional supplies may be purchased from the grocery store.

Dogs must be booked in advance with a $175 pet fee paid at booking.

Copy of license and signed rental agreement required and submitted within 48 hours of booking.
Guests MUST sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to guest's credit card 2 days before arrival then released 3 days after departure
Please be respectful of the neighbors as most of them are full time residents. Town of OKI quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
Did you know that we offer a golf cart rental?
It is SO much fun to cruise around the island on our 2023 six passenger Bintelli electric (lithium battery) street legal golf cart. It has a beach chair rack on the back and built in bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music! Golf cart rental charge is non-refundable due to operator error or poor weather conditions.
We will need a copy of you driver's license, auto insurance, and a signed copy our golf cart waiver and usage guidelines. Must be 25 years old to rent golf cart. The cart is rented out for the duration of your stay.
Golf Cart Rental rates-
$80 a night May 1st-September 30th
$60 a night March 1st-April 30th
$40 a night October 1st-February 28th
$20 a night for stays 21 nights or longer (Sept- April)
Month long stays (28+ nights) may be subject to an additional mid-stay clean and linen swap out charge of $250.00.
Garage is not available for guest's vehicle use, this is where we store our onsite golf cart.
Restricted thermostat- no lower than 68 for AC and no higher than 75 for heat.
Please read the binder located inside the house for more important information about the property and the island. Please note- house will be decorated for Easter and Christmas.
